Hello, Motherlovers!!!!!!!!
How are we doing on this fine weekday?
Would you rather fall to your death into a dark pit or would you rather fall to your death landing in open, deep sea creature infested waters?
I guess that the only thing that is hard here is knowing and trying to decide what type of death would take me the quickest, and in which I would feel less pain and which choice would give me any chance of survival, no matter how minimal.
Let's take a closer look.
Choice A: Falling into the dark pit.
We fall into a dark pit.
Is there a flat surface at the bottom of this dark pit?
Are there carnivorous animals, or humans, down there waiting to eat me?
Will there be supernatural creatures that will be there to harvest my body and drink my soul?
Will I land on spikes? In another universe? Is this pit the Gates of Hell?
Or will I just fall down, break every bone in my body and die a slow and painful death?
Or just fall and die on impact?
We just can't seem to answer this one. This answer is so universal! I guess whatever you think off when you hear 'dark pit' will help in making a choice.
But in making mine, I would not know what would be waiting for me when I get there.
I can only imagine falling in the dark black pit, but instead of falling on a flat surface, I would fall into dark water, and as soon as I hit, something will drag me down.
Or once I hit I get electrocuted.
Choice B: Falling into deep-sea creature infested waters.
Now, this here..is a whole other level.
In dark waters, we find the unseen.
The forsaken. Creatures that have never seen the light of day.
I know where I will fall, and I know where I will land.
In water. Infested with frilled sharks, giant spider crabs, fangtooth fish, vampire and giant squid, giant tube worms, and other shit that scares the fuck out of me!
Or a fucking megamouth!
Ugh.
Trying to stay afloat and you feel a tentacle of a blue ringed octopus or a gulper eel brush up against your legs, and wrap around you and drag you under or swallow you whole!
How will it eat me? And as it drags me down, either I will drown or I will have my head crushed due to increasing pressure.
I know how I may perish.
That makes my choice so much simpler.
I would take Choice A.
At least in this scenario, It seems I may have a possibility of surviving. I have no idea what to expect. It can be the worse or best death. As for Choice B, open water and deep see creatures? Big bag of nopes. I have to lift my feet up onto the couch just to feel safe while watching Jaws.
Have a great Tuesday.
Muah!
